opportunities?

in our daily life we have been given lots of opportunities.
and its up to our own self to take it for granted or grab it as a chance.
a chance to move forward
a chance to improve our skills
and lots lots more chances.
but most of then are wasted.
just becoz we don't have the courage to do so.
and lots of excuses created.
don't you know??
all of the excuses created is to save urself from getting involve in the pain,
the sadness and the bitterness.
owh, how pity u are?
isn't it is the negative thinking that we shouldn't ever think about?
didn't Allah said put ur trust on him?
